CPU-Z 2.20 now available
CPUID has released CPU-Z 2.20 for Windows x86/x64. The update adds detection for several AMD and Intel processors, including unreleased AMD Ryzen AI Max 400 “Gorgon Halo” APUs and Intel Bartlett Lake embedded parts. It also adds support for HUDIMM and HSODIMM memory modules. ( CPUID )
Soon-to-be-released Gorgon Halo
The most interesting part of the changelog is AMD Gorgon Halo. CPU-Z 2.20 now lists Ryzen AI Max+ 495, 492 and 488, Ryzen AI Max 490 and 485, and Ryzen AI Max PRO 495, 490, 485 and 480. These names match the expected refresh of AMD’s Strix Halo platform. AMD Ryzen AI Max 400 is expected to keep the Zen 5 CPU, RDNA 3.5 graphics and XDNA 2 NPU layout, with higher clocks on select models.
The update also adds another reference to AMD’s top Gorgon Halo SKU. CPU-Z now supports Ryzen AI Max+ 495, while a separate leak recently showed Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 with Radeon 8065S graphics and 192GB of memory. That would place the refresh above the current Ryzen AI Max+ 395 in memory capacity, although AMD has not announced these processors yet.
Intel Bartlett Lake, Wildcat Lake added
Intel support has also been expanded. CPU-Z 2.20 adds detection for Bartlett Lake processors such as Core 9 273PQE, 273PTE and 273PE, Core 7 253-series parts, several Core 5 models and Core 3 201TE/201E. CPU-Z 2.20 also adds Intel Wildcat Lake support. The listed models include Core 7 360 and 350, Core 5 330, 320 and 315, and Core 3 304. Intel launched Core Series 3 “Wildcat Lake” on April 16, 2026 for consumer, commercial and edge systems, with systems expected from OEM partners throughout the year.
HUDIMM
The memory update is also useful for platform validation. CPU-Z 2.20 adds support for HUDIMM and HSODIMM modules, which should improve reporting for newer DDR5 memory formats. The same release also adds detection for Intel Arc Pro B70/B65 based on BMG-G31 and Arc Pro B60/B50 based on BMG-G21, extending the update beyond CPUs and memory.
