ANDONG, South Korea -- The leaders of Japan and South Korea agreed Tuesday to deepen cooperation on energy security, artificial intelligence and trilateral coordination with the U.S., signaling continued momentum in a once-fractious relationship that has improved in the face of mounting security and economic pressures.
