Microsoft introduces new Surface Pro and Surface Laptop for Business with Intel Core Ultra Series 3
Microsoft has officially introduced new Surface for Business devices based on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. The lineup includes a new Surface Pro for Business 13-inch, Surface Laptop for Business 13-inch and new Surface Laptop for Business 13.8-inch and 15-inch models.
The new systems are available starting today in select markets. Microsoft says the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 models are designed for business users and on-device AI workloads. Snapdragon X2-based Surface for Business models are also planned for later this year.
Surface Laptop
Microsoft is launching three Surface Laptop options. The smaller Surface Laptop for Business 13-inch starts at $1,499 with 16GB and 24GB memory options. An 8GB version is planned for later this year at $1,299.99.
The larger Surface Laptop for Business 13.8-inch and 15-inch models start at $1,949.99. These systems can be configured with Intel Core Ultra 5 335, Core Ultra 7 366H or Core Ultra X7 368H processors depending on size. Microsoft lists Intel AI Boost with 50 TOPS, up to 64GB LPDDR5x memory and up to 1TB removable Gen4 SSD storage.

The 13.8-inch model uses a 2304×1536 PixelSense Flow touchscreen with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 600-nit brightness. Select configurations also offer an integrated privacy screen with anti-glare coating. The 15-inch model gets a higher-resolution 3270×2180 PixelSense Flow display at 262 PPI, also with up to 120Hz refresh rate.
Surface Pro (the tablet)
The Surface Pro for Business 13-inch starts at $1,949.99. Microsoft confirms Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, on-device AI processing and 5G options. The base model includes Core Ultra 5, 16GB of memory, 256GB storage and a 13-inch PixelSense LCD display. OLED and 5G configurations are also planned, with 5G models starting at $2,249.99.
