GIGABYTE GO27Q24G 27-inch QHD 240Hz WOLED monitor is now available
GIGABYTE has announced availability of the GO27Q24G, a 27-inch gaming monitor using a QHD WOLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate. The monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium.
The GO27Q24G uses an LG Display WOLED panel with MLA+ technology and a RealBlack Glossy coating. GIGABYTE lists the display at 2560×1440 resolution, 0.03 ms GTG response time and 99% DCI-P3 color coverage.
Peak 1300 nits WOLED panel
The monitor is rated for 275 nits typical SDR brightness at 100% APL and up to 1300 nits peak HDR brightness at 1.5% APL. It also carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification.
GIGABYTE is adding HyperNits support for HDR content. The feature works in Peak 1300 mode and offers High and Medium settings for different lighting conditions.
The GO27Q24G also includes Tactical Switch 2.0, which allows users to change resolution and aspect ratio quickly. Other gaming features include Ultra Clear for motion blur reduction and Black Equalizer for dark scene visibility.
GIGABYTE says the monitor is available now, although availability varies by region. The monitor is now listed on Amazon at $399.
