(Possible LG) 32-inch OLED gaming panel listed with 4K 144Hz and 1K 480Hz support
A Chinese display-focused creator “好屏如潮leohe” has shown a 32-inch OLED dual-mode gaming panel.
The person in the video calls it the first OLED dual-mode gaming screen of its kind. Of course 32-inch OLED dual-mode monitors already exist, but this monitor has unusual multiplier for dual-mode. LG already launched t he 32GS95UE with 4K 240Hz and 1080p 480Hz modes, and newer LG and TCL models have also used 4K 240Hz and Full HD 480Hz dual-mode configurations.
The difference here is the lower 4K refresh rate. Instead of 4K 240Hz, this panel is listed at 4K 144Hz, while keeping a 480Hz lower-resolution mode for esports use. The source does not mention brightness, response time, subpixel layout, interface support, HDR certification, or panel maker.

The account says it can offer two cooperation models. The first is bulk supply of the OLED dual-mode panel. The second is cooperation on a finished monitor design. This suggests the product is being pitched to monitor brands and system partners rather than announced as a retail model.
From my understanding, this means even more options for users and perhaps even lower price. THe 144Hz refresh rate will not look as good as 240Hz, but let’s be honest, how many gamers can really achieve 240Hz these days without frame-gen?
