CANBERRA -- Australian miner Mineral Resources and Chinese lithium giant Ganfeng will move forward with a 490 million Australian dollar ($351 million) expansion at a mine they jointly run in Western Australia, as rising prices reinvigorate the sector after a prolonged downturn.
