AMD Radeon RX 9070 GRE cards appear on Amazon
RX 9070 GRE review samples are already out
Recently we shared an exclusive look at the Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 GRE PULSE in retail packaging prepared for markets outside China. At the time, this was the strongest sign yet that AMD’s China-only RDNA 4 model would not stay limited to one region. We have since confirmed that the Radeon RX 9070 GRE is indeed launching globally.
Reviews coming soon
Review samples are already being distributed, which means the card should appear in reviews and retail listings soon. We were told to expect the Radeon RX 9070 GRE launch just before Computex. Since Computex 2026 opens on June 2 in Taipei, June 1 now looks like a possible date, although AMD has not confirmed this publicly.
Today Amazon has listed several RX 9070 GRE models, all of which were already taken down. Wccftech managed to take a screenshot before that happened:

The Radeon RX 9070 GRE uses a cut-down Navi 48 GPU with 3072 Stream Processors. It has 12GB of GDDR6 memory on a 192-bit bus, with 432 GB/s of bandwidth. This puts it below the Radeon RX 9070, which has 16GB of memory and a 256-bit bus.
Pricing is still unknown. The RX 9070 GRE was introduced in China below the RX 9070, so the global version should also sit below AMD’s 16GB model. The final price will decide whether the 12GB card makes sense outside China.
