iPhone 18 Pro dummy units reveal four color options [Gallery]

A new set of is giving us our best look yet at the all-new colors Apple has planned for this year. The dummy units corroborate that the iPhone 18 Pro will be available in dark cherry, black, silver, and light blue.

In February, Bloomberg reported that Apple was testing a “deep red” color option for the iPhone 18 Pro. In April, a new report revealed more details on Apple’s plans, including exact Pantone shades for each of the four colors:

  • Light Blue ( )
    • Described as similar to the current mist blue color of the base iPhone 17.
  • Dark Cherry ( )
    • Described as “deep wine-like red,” not a bright “fruit punch” style red.
  • Silver ( )
    • Described as similar to the iPhone 17 Pro’s silver and white design.
  • Dark Gray ( )

Today’s dummy units come from . They give us an up-close look at the iPhone 18 Pro colors for the first time.

For context, the iPhone 17 Pro is available in three colors: cosmic orange, deep blue, and silver.

Despite speculation that it could stick around due to its immense popularity , it looks like cosmic orange will not make the cut for the iPhone 18 Pro. The new black color is set to replace the current deep blue finish, while light blue joins the lineup as a fourth option.

As bummed as some people will be that cosmic orange is seemingly going away, I know a lot of people will be happy to see black return to the lineup this year.

As always, dummy units aren’t always entirely true to Apple’s finalized designs for iPhone colors. They’re meant more for case manufacturers, who use them to develop and test their cases and other accessories for new iPhone models.

What do you think of the iPhone 18 Pro colors? Is Apple making the right choice by discontinuing the cosmic orange option? Let us know down in the comments.
