MSI MEG Vision X2 AI+ desktop adds a cylindrical AI display
MSI has announced the MEG Vision X2 AI+, a new flagship gaming desktop that will be shown at Computex 2026. The system is part of the MEG series and follows the MEG Vision X AI 2nd, which already used a front-mounted AI HMI touchscreen for system controls and monitoring.
LuckyClaw moves into the chassis
The main change is a new feature called AI Holostage. MSI says this is a cylindrical display built directly into the chassis. It is designed to show digital companions, desktop pets and custom third-party AI avatars.
The system ships with LuckyClaw, MSI’s local AI companion. According to MSI, LuckyClaw can respond to natural voice commands and control performance profiles, MSI monitor settings, RGB lighting and other system functions. MSI also says more skills will be added later through updates.
While this system has a cylindrical display and (un)necesasy AI helper, MSI already explored this idea of AI PC. The company already presented its MEG Vision X AI 2nd. That model used a 13-inch FHD IPS-level touchscreen with a built-in microphone and speaker. MSI’s current product page lists the existing system with up to a Core Ultra 9 285K processor, up to a GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, Silent Storm Cooling AI, a back-connect motherboard layout and 5G LAN. Those specs are for the older Vision X AI 2nd, not yet confirmed for the new X2 model.
Also, back in 2024 we reported on the original MEG Vision X AI system. It was powered by Core Ultra 200 and GeForce RTX 50 hardware for that desktop.
