GIGABYTE’s AORUS INFINITY series expands to X870E motherboards
GIGABYTE has listed two new AMD AM5 motherboards under its AORUS INFINITY series. The new models are X870E AORUS INFINITY NEXT and X870 AORUS INFINITY, both shown on the company’s COMPUTEX 2026 event page.
The X870E AORUS INFINITY NEXT is presented as the new flagship model. GIGABYTE says the board uses a “space-tech inspired” design with an advanced thermal architecture and refined materials. Full specifications are not listed yet.

The X870 AORUS INFINITY is also mentioned on the same page. GIGABYTE says this model targets high-speed memory performance with intelligent tuning for AMD X870 platforms. This appears to be the same board we covered last week, shown with a rotated AM5 socket and two DDR5 memory slots.

GIGABYTE also lists the D5 DUO X Series, X870E AERO X3D DARK WOOD and STEALTH Series as coming products. The full online premiere is scheduled for June 3, 2026.
