NVIDIA’s Arm-based RTX Spark platform gets anti-cheat support for major games

Microsoft has confirmed new gaming compatibility work for NVIDIA RTX Spark, the company’s new Arm-based Windows PC platform. The update includes support for native anti-cheat solutions and several major multiplayer titles that have traditionally been harder to run on Windows on Arm.
RTX Spark was announced with Microsoft at GTC Taipei as a new Windows PC platform for laptops and compact desktops. The chip combines a Blackwell RTX GPU with 6144 CUDA cores and a 20-core Grace CPU. NVIDIA says the platform supports RTX ray tracing, DLSS, Reflex and G-SYNC, with the company claiming AAA gaming at 1440p and over 100 FPS.
Finally, better esports gaming on ARM
Native anti-cheat support is the more important part for Windows on Arm gaming. Microsoft says RTX Spark will support native anti-cheat solutions from partners such as Epic’s Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye. Riot Games is also bringing League of Legends and VALORANT to the platform, while KRAFTON is adding PUBG: Battlegrounds.
Game developers have also laid a strong foundation for RTX Spark’s arrival. Today, native anti-cheat solutions from partners like Epic’s Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye, expanded Prism emulator compatibility, and XBOX PC app support means players will have access to a deep catalog of Windows PC games. RTX Spark will bring even higher levels of gaming performance to AAA titles on Arm. Riot Games, one of the world’s leading game developers and publishers, has announced that League of Legends and VALORANT are coming to the platform. PUBG: Battlegrounds, the iconic battle royale title from KRAFTON, will also be joining the expansive catalog of compatible titles including Pragmata, Alan Wake 2 , Naraka: Bladepoint, War Thunder and more.

This has been a long-standing issue for Qualcomm Snapdragon systems. Most PC games are still compiled for x64, and Windows on Arm relies on emulation when native Arm64 versions are not available. Anti-cheat software often depends on low-level x64 components or kernel-level drivers, which cannot simply be translated like a normal game executable.
Epic previously explained the issue in its Windows on Snapdragon announcement. The company said most PC games are compiled for x64, which does not directly translate to Windows on Snapdragon. Epic also said anti-cheat software needs extra work because of how it interacts with x64 features.
