PNY returns with another reflective GeForce RTX 50 GPU design
PNY appears to have brought another chrome-style GeForce RTX 50 graphics card to Computex.
© rexyuan/Reddit Another Computex, another shiny GPU from PNY. The new card is labeled MetalEdition and uses a reflective finish that looks close to chrome in photos. The design follows the Iron Core GeForce RTX 50 cards shown at Computex 2025, which also used a mirror-like shroud.
PNY has not shared specifications for this model. The Redditor who posted the photos did not confirm the exact GPU with PNY, so the model name remains unknown.
Based on the card size, this could be an RTX 5070 or RTX 5070 Ti-class design. The cooler does not look small when compared with the I/O bracket, though. It uses a large dual-fan layout, so an RTX 5080 configuration would not be surprising either.
© rexyuan/Reddit As with last year’s Iron Core cards, there is no clear sign that PNY plans to launch this design at retail. The earlier chrome-finished PNY concepts were shown as limited showcase designs, and PNY later used similar styling for its 40th Anniversary Chrome cards.

NVIDIA’s official Computex 2026 partner roundup mentions PNY’s GeForce RTX 5090 32GB AIO liquid-cooled graphics card, but there is no mention of this MetalEdition model. For now, it appears to be another booth design rather than a confirmed retail product.
I guess the only thing missing from the Redditor’s pictures is a “please do not touch” label. This is a fingerprint magnet for sure.
