Intel confirms Core 7 230H and Core 5 205H as Raptor Lake mobile CPUs

Intel has added product pages for two Core 200H processors that were already spotted on MaxSun MoDT motherboards . The Core 7 230H and Core 5 205H are both listed under Intel Core processors Series 2, but they are not Arrow Lake parts. Intel lists both CPUs as Raptor Lake mobile processors launched in Q1 2026.
The main change is graphics. Intel’s product pages for both processors state “Integrated graphics disabled,” and neither page includes the GPU specification section found on other Core 200H models. This means these SKUs are intended for systems with discrete graphics or board designs where Intel Graphics is not required.

The Core 7 230H is a 10-core and 16-thread processor with 6 Performance cores and 4 Efficient cores. It boosts up to 5.2 GHz and has 24MB of Intel Smart Cache. Intel lists a 45W processor base power, 115W maximum turbo power and 35W minimum assured power.
The C ore 5 205H is an 8-core and 12-thread processor with 4 Performance cores and 4 Efficient cores. It reaches up to 4.8 GHz and has 12MB of Intel Smart Cache. It uses the same 45W base power and 115W maximum turbo power range as the Core 7 model.
These chips are close to existing Core 200H models. The Core 7 230H has the same CPU configuration, clocks, cache and power limits as the Core 7 240H, but the Core 7 240H includes Intel Graphics with 64 execution units. The Core 5 205H follows the Core 5 210H CPU configuration, while the Core 5 210H includes Intel Graphics with 48 execution units.
