Intel claims up to 27% FPS gain with Binary Optimization Tool
Intel adds 7 more games to Binary Optimization Tool.
Intel has released a new update for its Binary Optimization Tool, adding support for seven more games. The update is part of Intel Platform Performance Package version 26.06.100.32, released on June 8.
According to Intel, the tool now supports 19 games in total. The newly added titles are Hollow Knight: Silksong, Homeworld 3, Little Nightmares III, Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, The Callisto Protocol, and Warframe.

Intel Binary Optimization Tool, or IBOT, is tied to Intel Application Optimization. It is available through the APO user interface after enabling Advanced Mode. Intel says the feature optimizes compiled game binaries for its processors without requiring a game patch, source code access, or manual tuning from the user.
Intel claims an average 12% performance improvemen t across the seven newly supported games. The company also lists up to 27% faster FPS in Hollow Knight: Silksong. These figures are based on Intel’s own testing on a Core Ultra 7 270K Plus system with an RTX 5090 at 1080p High settings.

Feature for Core Ultra 200 and 300 series
The list is still limited to selected Intel processors from Arrow and Panther Lake series. Intel’s own notes say supported titles may vary depending on the specific processor and graphics card combination. Users also need Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology enabled, as the feature is part of the Intel Platform Performance Package.
