HONG KONG -- The Pentagon has added dozens of Chinese companies including Alibaba, BYD, Baidu, Unitree, Huawei and chipmaker CXMT to a list of entities it says have ties to the Chinese military, a move indicating that Washington is increasingly expanding its definition of "dual-use technologies" over national security concerns.
