ZOTAC RTX 50 pricing reportedly increases in China
ZOTAC has reportedly implemented a June distributor price adjustment for several GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards in China. The change affects channel pricing rather than official MSRP.
According to ChannelGate, the largest adjustment applies to the GeForce RTX 5090D V2. The China-specific model is reportedly up by 2,000 RMB, which converts to around $295. Smaller increases are listed for other RTX 50 cards.
RTX 5080 entry-level models are reportedly up by 100 RMB, or around $15, while other RTX 5080 models remain unchanged. The RTX 5070 series is said to have received a general increase of around 100 RMB across the lineup. RTX 5060 Ti 8GB and RTX 5060 cards are reportedly up by 50 RMB, or around $7.

Compared to May, changes in market supply-demand conditions and upstream costs have led to a temporary rebound in distributor pricing for certain product lines. According to information obtained from internal factory sources, the details of ZOTAC’s June distributor price adjustments compared to May are as follows:
- RTX 5090D V2 – Price increased by 2,000 yuan
- RTX 5080 – Entry-level models increased by 100 yuan , other models remain unchanged
- RTX 5070 Series – General increase of approximately 100 yuan across the lineup
- RTX 5060 Ti 8GB / RTX 5060 Series – All models increased by 50 yuan

This follows earlier reports about higher GDDR7-related costs for RTX 5090 and RTX 5090D V2 cards. In May, Board Channels reported that NVIDIA had informed board partners about a roughly 2,000 RMB cost increase for those models, while official MSRP remained unchanged.
A bit of a reminder that these are China-specific price updates. The RTX 5090D V2 in particular is a flagship model only sold in China, so its price adjustment has only affected one country.
