Australia's Woodside swoops on Inpex attempt to buy into gas venture

CANBERRA -- Woodside will increase its stake in the Browse Gas Project off Australia's west coast by buying a minority stake from PetroChina International (CNPC) that had been slated to be sold to Japan's Inpex.
