SAMA Black Hole Turbo case ships with three fans and acoustic foam panels
Now available in China for just $44.
The Black Hole Turbo measures 473 × 230 × 490 mm and supports ITX, M-ATX, ATX and E-ATX motherboards. SAMA uses 0.7 mm steel panels on three sides and adds high-polymer resin sound-absorbing padding.
The company calls this “active sound absorption,” but this appears to be passive noise damping. There is no electronic noise cancellation here, only acoustic material installed inside the case panels.
Quiet case with three included fans
The case supports graphics cards up to 390 mm long and CPU air coolers up to 180 mm tall. It can take up to nine fans in total. SAMA includes two 160 mm front fans with airflow rated up to 72.07 CFM. The rear fan is a 130 mm unit rated up to 53.42 CFM.

The top panel supports three 120 mm fans or two 140 mm fans. It also supports 120 mm or 140 mm liquid cooling. The PSU shroud area can take three additional 120 mm fans. For front I/O, SAMA includes one USB-C 20Gbps port, two USB-A 3.0 ports and two 3.5 mm audio jacks.
The Black Hole Turbo is a low-cost case aimed at users who want fewer exposed mesh panels and less fan noise. The design may reduce higher-frequency fan noise, but airflow and fan curves will still decide how quiet the final system is under load.
What I found interesting is that they are showing RTX 4090 Founders Edition in the case, but it’s clearly not enough room for an official adapter to be used (no room for cable bending).

Still, I think this would make a great case for a home server, as long as you can optimize the airflow. I have not found it listed anywhere else but Chinese JD.
