Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate MPII supports AM5, AM4, LGA1851 and LGA1700, AM5 priced at $409

Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate MPII CPU block listed for $409

Thermal Grizzly has introduced its DeltaMate CPU Block MPII, a custom-loop CPU water block for AMD AM5 and Intel LGA1851 systems. The AM5 version is backward compatible with AM4, while the Intel model supports LGA1700.

The block uses a nickel-plated copper cold plate, a nickel-plated brass housing, G1/4-inch ports, a borosilicate glass window and an anodized aluminum cover. It also has RGB lighting controlled through a 3-pin 5V ARGB motherboard header.

The AM5 version uses a hybrid microfin layout. Thermal Grizzly says the area above the CCDs has 25 microfins with 0.2 mm slot and fin width. The upper area above the I/O die uses 29 fins with a 0.4 mm width for flow distribution.

The Intel LGA1851 version uses 40 microfins with 0.2 mm slot and fin width above the CPU tile area. Above and below that section, Thermal Grizzly uses 30 fins with a 0.3 mm width. The company says the Intel model will follow shortly.

Thermal Grizzly’s product listing shows the AM5 model with RGB lighting. The store page lists the block at $409.38 with VAT included, although it was marked as not in stock at the time of writing.

This is the same DeltaMate CPU block family that Thermal Grizzly showed earlier during its glass-window pressure testing. As you may recall, we covered the DeltaMate GPU block prototype in February, where the company also teased a smaller-window MPII CPU block.
