ASUS puts an official price tag on ProArt GeForce RTX 5090
ASUS has officially launched the ProArt GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GDDR7 OC Edition in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The card is now available through specialist retailers and online shops at a recommended price of €3,499 including VAT . ASUS also lists the Swiss price at CHF 3,499.

This is lower than early European retailer listings. Last month, the same card appeared at a French retailer for €3,899.95, while price comparison pages indexed it between €4,319 and €4,479. The official price is therefore around €401 lower than the first French listing and up to €980 lower than the highest indexed listing we previously reported.
The ProArt GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GDDR7 OC Edition is now available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland at a recommended retail price of EUR / CHF 3,499.- incl. VAT from specialist retailers and online shops.
What’s inside
The ProArt model is ASUS’ first 2.5-slot GeForce RTX 5090 design. It uses the NVIDIA Blackwell GPU with 32GB of GDDR7 memory and is rated at 3352 AI TOPS. ASUS lists liquid metal GPU cooling, a vapor chamber, two 115mm Axial-tech fans and a double flow-through cooler design.
The card also includes a USB Type-C display output, which ASUS is targeting at creator workflows with portable displays or multi-monitor setups. The design keeps the ProArt-style brown wood-patterned trim, matching ASUS’ recent ProArt cases with wood accents.
This ProArt RTX 5090 model was first announced in January, when ASUS first showed the card with a Founders Edition-style cooler layout.
€3500 is not bad for RTX 5090 (right now), but you can’t buy it at this price anyway
The official price is only a recommendation. I could not find a single store offering the card at this price, which would actually be a good deal at the moment. The cheapest GeForce RTX 5090 cards in Europe are currently listed at around €3,900, while the lowest ProArt RTX 5090 listing I found starts at €4,100.
This puts retail pricing at least €600 above ASUS’ own MSRP. It is unclear why ASUS announced a recommended price that retailers are not following at launch. ASUS also owns its own online store in Europe, but the ProArt RTX 5090 is not listed there yet. How convenient.
