Snapdragon X2 refresh appears in OEM roadmap next to NVIDIA N1 update
Kalambo, Mahua and Glymur refresh codenames.

According to Reptalica, no new codenames for the next Snapdragon X series have appeared yet. Instead, the upcoming lineup is said to use refreshed versions of existing X2 codenames: Kalambo Refresh, Mahua Refresh and Glymur Refresh. The same source claims Kalambo uses the same die as Mahua, while Glymur remains a separate die.
Haven't saw new codenames for Snapdragon X series, so it won't be coming this year
What is coming though is a refresh of X2 series, codenames Kalambo Refresh / Mahua Refresh / Glymur Refresh pic.twitter.com/HylBD9TY2A

The leaked list includes several engineering sample IDs. XG291034 and XG291036 are listed as Mahua Refresh 12-core chips with “16×8 LP5X”, while XG291042 is listed as a Mahua Refresh 10-core chip with the same memory notation. These are still ES parts, so final retail names and clocks are not confirmed.
The same list also maps existing Snapdragon X2 silicon. XG301062 is listed as Kalambo ES, XG201032 and XG201042 are listed as Mahua 10-core and 12-core ES chips, while XG101002, XG102002 and X2E88100 belong to Glymur COB. Glymur SIP entries include XG001002, XG002002, X2E94100 and X2E96100.
Qualcomm appears to be preparing a refresh before moving to a new Snapdragon X3 generation
We can confirm that, for at least one OEM, the Snapdragon X2 refresh appears in planning material next to an updated NVIDIA N1 non-X entry. Since NVIDIA N1 systems are expected later this year, this suggests the Qualcomm refresh may also be a near-term update rather than a full 2027 generation change. Both NVIDIA and Qualcomm are using Windows on ARM.
Qualcomm has not confirmed Snapdragon X2 Refresh branding. The company has already launched Snapdragon X2 Elite and Elite Extreme with up to 18 CPU cores and Adreno X2 graphics, so the refresh may remain within the same general product family rather than introduce a new core count ceiling.
