GTA VI may offer Quality and Performance modes, Polish retailer claims

GTA VI retailer page points to two console graphics modes

MediaMarkt Poland may have published technical details for Grand Theft Auto VI ahead of the pre-order launch.

An FAQ entry on the retailer’s GTA VI campaign page claimed that the console version will offer two graphics modes: Performance and Quality. The same answer also mentioned DualSense support on PlayStation 5 and faster loading screens through SSD storage.

The translated FAQ says that GTA VI on “new-generation consoles” will offer “two graphics modes to choose from, Performance and Quality.” The wording refers to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, although Rockstar officially lists the game for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Worth noting that some media reported this as ‘next-generation’ console which is a wrong translation.

Rockstar has not confirmed any graphics modes, frame-rate targets or resolution targets for GTA VI. The official game page only lists the supported console platforms, the June 25 pre-order date and the November 19, 2026 release date. Performance and Quality modes are common on current consoles, while DualSense haptics and SSD loading are standard marketing points for many PS5 releases.

What’s missing, surprisngly, from all retailer leaks is pricing. It appears that RockStar Games has yet to confirm pricing with any retailer/distributor.
