Intel Core Ultra 9 285K falls to $445 on Amazon

Intel Core Ultra 9 285K now $445, down from $599 launch price

Intel’s Core Ultra 9 285K has dropped to $444.98 on Amazon US as part of a Prime Day Deal. Amazon lists this as an exclusive Prime price, with the CPU sold and shipped by Amazon.com.

Amazon’s price tracker shows the 285K ranged from $444.98 to $539.00 over the past 30 days. The current price is the lowest in that period and sits $154.02 below Amazon’s $599.00 list price.

The Core Ultra 9 285K is Intel’s flagship Arrow Lake-S desktop processor for the LGA1851 platform. It features 24 cores split between 8 Performance cores and 16 Efficient cores, with 24 threads in total.

The processor boosts up to 5.7 GHz and includes 40 MB of cache. It supports Intel 800-series chipset motherboards, DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0/4.0 connectivity. A CPU cooler is not included.

The current $444.98 price is also below Amazon’s regular featured offer of $459.99. The Prime deal is listed with free delivery for Prime members, while non-Prime buying options start from $459.99 at the time of writing. MicroCenter offers the same CPU at $10 less, however it is only for the in-store pickup option.
