INNOCN E49M1R is a 49-inch flat ultrawide with 5120×1440 resolution
E49M1G and E49M1R use 49-inch VA panels with Mini LED backlights and up to 5120×1440 at 165Hz.
INNOCN appears to be the first brand to launch a 49-inch 32:9 flat ultrawide monitor. The company has listed two models in China, the E49M1G and E49M1R, both using a flat 49-inch VA panel instead of the curved designs common in this size class.
Most 49-inch ultrawide monitors are curved. This includes INNOCN’s own 49C1G, 49C1R and 49Q1R models, as well as many competing Samsung, Philips, MSI, LG, GIGABYTE and Arozzi displays listed by European retailers. Flat 32:9 monitors exist, but they are usually smaller, including 43.8-inch models.

The flat 49-inch format targets users who want one continuous workspace without the bezel gap of two 27-inch monitors. INNOCN is marketing the design for office work, stock trading, monitoring and content workflows where curved panels may affect edge alignment. And apparently those who just hate curved panels with pashion.
Both E49M1G and E49M1R use a Mini LED backlight with 1760 local dimming zones. The panel is rated for HDR1000 brightness, 100% sRGB, 96% DCI-P3 and 93% Adobe RGB coverage. INNOCN also lists ΔE < 2 color accuracy.

The E49M1G uses 3840×1080 resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is listed at 4699 RMB, about $690 before tax. The E49M1R increases resolution to 5120×1440 and the refresh rate to 165Hz. It is listed at 5399 RMB, about $795 before tax.
The JD listing currently marks the monitor as sold out. There is no confirmed US or EU launch date yet.
