ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS launches with USB-C and HDMI 2.1 FRL
ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS uses a 3440×1440 QD-OLED panel with 280Hz refresh rate. ASUS lists DisplayHDR 500 True Black support.
ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS launches at €919.90
ASUS has announced the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS, a new 34-inch ultrawide gaming monitor based on an RGB Tandem QD-OLED panel. The monitor is now available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The XG34WCDMS uses a 3440×1440 panel with 1800R curvature, 280Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms gray-to-gray response time. ASUS lists 99% DCI-P3 coverage, 10-bit color depth and factory calibration with Delta E below 2.

The monitor supports VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black. ASUS also lists 1300 cd/m² peak HDR brightness and a 1,500,000:1 typical contrast ratio. ASUS says the monitor uses an RGB Stripe Pixel layout to improve text clarity. The panel also includes BlackShield Film, which ASUS claims improves scratch resistance by 2.5 times and raises perceived black levels by up to 40% compared to previous-generation QD-OLED monitors.
OLED Care Pro and Neo Proximity Sensor
The XG34WCDMS includes ASUS OLED Care Pro with a Neo Proximity Sensor. The sensor detects when the user moves away from the desk and switches the display to a black screen to reduce burn-in risk.
Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 FRL ports, DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, USB-C with 15W Power Delivery, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and an audio jack. ASUS also lists Adaptive Sync support, with G-Sync Compatible and FreeSync Premium Pro certification.
ASUS says the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS is priced at €919.90 or CHF 919.90 including VAT. The company also confirms that this model sits below the 360Hz ROG Swift OLED PG34WCDN announced at CES 2026.
