COMMELL LV-6718 is desktop Mini-ITX with Panther Lake
The uses Intel Panther Lake-H silicon with DDR5-7200 SO-DIMM memory and PCIe 5.0 expansion.
COMMELL has announced the LV-6718, a Mini-ITX motherboard based on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. The board uses the PTL-H platform, which refers to Intel’s Panther Lake-H mobile platform. So yes, it’s a desktop motherboard with mobile chip, one of the first MoDT (Mobile on Desktop) with a Core Ultra 3 chip, one could say.
The board is available with the Intel Core Ultra 7 366H processor. This is a 16-core mobile CPU with 4 Performance cores, 8 Efficient cores and 4 low-power Efficient cores.

The LV-6718 supports two DDR5 SO-DIMM modules at up to 7200 MHz . The maximum supported memory capacity is 128GB. Storage support includes one M.2 2280 slot with PCIe Gen5 support and another M.2 2280 slot with PCIe Gen4 support.
Expansion includes one PCIe x16 slot running at PCIe Gen5 x8 (max bandwidth for Panther Lake) . The board also has one M.2 2230 Key E slot for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. Rear I/O includes three USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, one USB 2.0 port, HDMI, DisplayPort++, USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode, audio and serial ports.

In terms of compatibility, this is a standard Mini-ITX motherboard, so it should fit in most ATX cases. Just keep in mind that the 24-pin ATX power connector is placed at the top, and the board uses SO-DIMM memory, which is common for mobile platforms.
What I could not confirm is the cooler mounting hole spacing. It does not appear to use LGA-1200 or LGA-1700 mounting (you can check other ITX board and see they dont match), so it is probably not compatible with standard desktop CPU coolers. COMMELL says the board is bundled with a cooler fan, so this may not be a major issue.
