Acer Swift 16 AI Core Ultra X9 model costs $1,899 in the US
Acer has added a higher-end Swift 16 AI configuration based on Intel’s Core Ultra X9 388H processor. The US model is listed as SF16-71T-97GV and carries a $1,899.99 price at Best Buy.
Core Ultra X9 388H arrives in retail Swift 16 AI
The Core Ultra X9 388H is a 16-core Panther Lake processor with 4 Performance cores, 8 Efficient cores and 4 Low Power Efficient cores. Intel rates the chip for up to 5.1 GHz boost clock, 18MB of cache, 25W base power and 80W maximum turbo power. The processor also includes Intel Arc B390 integrated graphics. This GPU uses full 12 Xe cores.
The Swift 16 AI configuration includes 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. Acer’s specification page confirms a 16-inch OLED touchscreen with a 2880×1800 resolution , 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 coverage.
The laptop also includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two Thunderbolt ports, two USB Type-A ports, HDMI, a microSD reader and a haptic touchpad. Acer also includes an active stylus with this configuration. The system weighs 3.42 lb, or around 1.55 kg, and uses a 70 Wh battery. Acer claims up to 14 hours in MobileMark 2030, although battery life will depend on workload, display brightness and power settings.
