AMD adds Zen4 Hawk Point processors to Ryzen 100 series

Ryzen 200
The new processors are the Ryzen 7 253, Ryzen 7 249, Ryzen 5 225, Ryzen 5 224, Ryzen 7 217, Ryzen 5 216 and Ryzen 3 205. AMDβs product pages list June 2, 2026 as their launch date. All seven use Zen4 or a combination of Zen4 and Zen4c cores with RDNA3 graphics.
The Ryzen 3 205 (name reminds me of Intel Wildcat Lake SKU) is an unusual configuration. AMD lists six physical cores but only eight threads. Its architecture field specifies two Zen4 and four Zen4c cores.
Ryzen PRO 200 processors form another separate lineup with Ryzen 7 PRO 250, Ryzen 5 PRO 230, Ryzen 5 PRO 220 and Ryzen 3 PRO 210 models. They are not included in the consumer tables below.

Ryzen 100
The Ryzen 100 series is more complicated. The original Ryzen 7 170, Ryzen 7 160, Ryzen 5 150, Ryzen 5 130 and Ryzen 3 110 are 6nm Rembrandt processors with Zen3+ cores and RDNA2 graphics. The new Ryzen 9 180, Ryzen 7 165, Ryzen 7 155 and Ryzen 5 125 are listed as Hawk Point processors with a 4nm process and RDNA3 graphics.
AMDβs product pages currently label the four new Ryzen 100 models as Zen3+. However, the same pages identify them as Hawk Point processors manufactured on 4nm with RDNA3 graphics. Those specifications correspond to Zen4-era silicon rather than 6nm Rembrandt. The architecture field therefore appears to be incorrect (but thatβs nothing new for AMD product specs).

AMD also maintains a separate China-only H-series naming branch. Most models duplicate global parts, including the Ryzen 9 H 270, Ryzen 7 H 260, Ryzen 7 H 250, Ryzen 5 H 240, Ryzen 5 H 230 and Ryzen 5 H 220. The Ryzen 7 H 255 is a separate China-only configuration with eight Zen4 cores, a 3.8 GHz base clock, a 4.9 GHz boost clock and Radeon 780M graphics at 2.6 GHz.
AMD has now placed Rembrandt, Hawk Point and hybrid Zen4/Zen4c configurations under two generic model families. Even AMDβs specification database does not consistently identify which architecture each processor uses.
