TCL 27C2A combines 4K 160Hz and 1080p 320Hz modes in 27-inch Mini LED monitor
TCL launches 27C2A Mini LED monitor with 4K 160Hz and 1080p 320Hz modes.
TCL has launched the 27C2A, a 27-inch gaming monitor with a QD-Mini LED panel and dual display modes. The monitor is now listed in China through JD.com for 2,299 RMB, which is about $338.
The 27C2A runs at 3840×2160 resolution with a 160Hz refresh r ate in its default mode. Users can also switch to 1 920×1080 resolution at 320Hz. This gives the monitor a lower-resolution mode for games where refresh rate is the priority.

The display uses 1,196 local dimming zones. TCL lists a peak brightness of 1,200 nits and DisplayHDR 1000 certification. The panel supports 10-bit color and is rated for 99% coverage of both DCI-P3 and sRGB color spaces.
The specification sheet also mentions factory calibration with Delta E below 2. TCL lists a 1ms gray-to-gray response time, with an effective 0.2ms mode available through motion clarity settings. The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium and is listed as G-Sync Compatible.

Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 input and a headphone jack. The stand supports 125 mm height adjustment, tilt, swivel and 90-degree pivot. VESA mounting is also supported.
TCL says some software features will be added later through an OTA update. The current listing appears to be limited to China, and there is no confirmed pricing or availability for other regions.
