Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition hits Newegg at $349 with free 240mm AIO
The AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition is finally available directly from Newegg in the United States. The processor is listed for $349 with free shipping, matching AMD’s suggested retail price.
Newegg is also including an MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 240 Black liquid cooler as a free gift. The 240mm AIO normally sells for $69.99 and supports the AM4 socket. For someone who also needs a cooler, this puts the effective processor cost at around $279.
The AM4 anniversary model is finally available at MSRP
As we previously reported, AMD launched the Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition on June 25 for $349. Early US availability was inconsistent, which allowed resellers to place the processor on eBay at much higher prices. Newegg now appears to have regular stock rather than a short restock lasting only a few minutes.
The anniversary version retains the original specifications . It has eight Zen 3 cores, 16 threads, a 3.4 GHz base clock, a boost clock of up to 4.5 GHz, 100MB of total cache and a 105W TDP. AMD had to adapt the processor to a newer bonding process because the manufacturing method used for the original 2022 model was no longer available. Each anniversary processor also includes a Carbice Ice Pad thermal interface.
Newegg bundle costs less than many standalone eBay listings
Current eBay listings show anniversary models priced at around $449 to $500, while other sellers are asking $600 to $650. These are asking prices and do not represent the processor’s retail value, but they show how heavily some sellers marked up the early inventory.

For existing AM4 owners, Newegg’s bundle is now the cheaper retail option. Buyers receive the processor at AMD’s $349 price, a three-year CPU warranty and a 240mm AIO that would otherwise cost another $69.99. The offer is listed as limited, so the included cooler may disappear before the processor itself sells out.
