We already know that GTA VI is a highly anticipated game, with the game's second trailer reportedly crossing over 475 million views in its first 24 hours across all platforms. Now, analytics firm Newzoo has predicted that GTA VI may sell anywhere between $3.3 billion and $5.2 billion globally in its first launch week.

According to the firm, GTA VI garnered $260 million in pre-orders during the first week of pre-order sales. The firm's models, which evaluate past game pre-orders and sales, and uses that to predict release performance, suggests that the first week of launch will see GTA VI earn around $4.5 billion in revenue from around 51 million unit sales.
