The AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D has received its first discount only two days after its launch. Newegg is the exclusive US retailer for the Ryzen 7 7700X3D. The processor launched at $329, placing it below the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and newer Zen 5-based Ryzen 7 9800X3D.
Newegg currently lists the processor for $328.99, but promotional code PKC337 reduces the price by another $49. The final price is therefore $279.99 , excluding applicable sales tax. The offer is marked as limited and applies to the standalone processor sold and shipped by Newegg.
The Ryzen 7 7700X3D is an eight-core and 16-thread Zen 4 processor for the AM5 platform. It has a 4.0 GHz base clock, a 120W TDP and 104MB of combined cache, including 96MB of L3 cache provided through AMD 3D V-Cache technology.
AMD does not include a cooler with the processor. The chip supports DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0 connectivity and AM5 motherboards based on AMD’s 600-series and 800-series chipsets.
At $279.99, the 7700X3D is $49 below its listed launch price and currently costs $136 less than the Ryzen 7 7800X3D listing on the same store (which costs $416 but domes with free PSU). The promotional code may expire or reach its redemption limit without notice.
