Microsoft’s new Xbox PC releases use extractable Xbox 360 GOD packages
Microsoft has only released four original Xbox games for PC, but developers have already used its compatibility software to launch other console titles. The tests include Xbox 360 games that Microsoft has not released for Windows.
The XWine1 team combined Microsoft’s new PC port of XeO3 with SlimEra, a component developed for the XWine1 Xbox One compatibility layer. This setup reportedly launched backward-compatible Xbox 360 and original Xbox games from user-dumped files.
Xbox 360 support is already functional
The demonstration included the Xbox 360 versions of Plants vs. Zombies and Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace. The developers also showed SSX 3 and Midnight Club: Los Angeles, which originated on the first Xbox but were packaged for Microsoft’s later backward compatibility system.

XWine1 said the games worked with “varying degrees of success.” This is not a public replacement for Xenia or xemu. It currently requires Microsoft’s released compatibility files, SlimEra components and manual configuration.
Microsoft’s XeO3 software, also known as Fission, emulates the Xbox 360 environment used by backward-compatible games on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles. Original Xbox titles then load through the Xbox 360’s own Xbox emulator, commonly known as Fusion or Xefu.
Microsoft distributes the games as Xbox 360 packages
Developer Neo Te Aika found that Microsoft’s new PC releases use Xbox 360 Games on Demand, or GOD, containers. These packages can be extracted to expose the original game files, creating a possible route for loading legally dumped games that Microsoft has not released through the Xbox PC app.
looks like those new backwards compatible PC releases are xbox 360 GOD files, you can use GOD extractors to convert those to xbox 360 isos, which extract into standard Xbox games.

However, this does not mean every Xbox or Xbox 360 game will work. Microsoft’s backward compatibility releases include game-specific patches, configurations and emulator files. Titles outside the supported console catalog may require more work or may not start at all.
Microsoft launched Xbox Backward Compatibility on PC with BLiNX: The Time Sweeper, Conker: Live and Reloaded, Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge and Fuzion Frenzy. The company confirmed that more classic Xbox games will come to PC over time, but it has not yet announced official Xbox 360 releases.
