This RTX 5060 mini PC wears 36 RAM sticks as a case
© DaKrazyKid Someone has built a mini-ITX gaming PC for people who believe 32GB of memory is not visible enough. The “RAM Machine” covers its case with 36 memory sticks, including 16 RGB modules synchronized through SignalRGB.
The creator says Valve’s Steam Machine and its 16GB memory configuration inspired the project. The response was not a memory upgrade, but a case with four illuminated DIMMs on each side and enough extra sticks to make the internal specification look modest.
Thirty-six sticks outside, 32GB inside
Under the removable shell sits an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, GeForce RTX 5060, B860-I motherboard and 750W power supply. The working memory is a 32GB Patriot DDR5-8200 kit (which ironicaly has no RGB), while storage comes from a 2TB Patriot SSD rated at 7,400 MB/s.
A large RGB fan at the bottom exhausts heat from the compact system. The complete outer shell lifts off for access to the hardware, which is useful because removing 36 DIMMs individually would make every SSD upgrade a lengthy process.
A PC with memory issues, but not the usual kind
The build is being offered through a giveaway that ends on September 7, 2026. Entry requires leaving a comment on the Reddit post, while age and regional restrictions apply.
Also, it goes without saying, but exterior modules do not increase usable capacity, and no, they do not work.
