AMD’s 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D has dropped to $569 at Amazon and Newegg. This is the lowest recorded US price for the Zen 5 processor, beating Amazon’s previous low of $573.99 from April. The current price is $130 below AMD’s $699 launch price.
Amazon is offering the standalone Ryzen 9 9950X3D for $569. The processor is sold and shipped by Amazon, and the offer does not require a promotional code, only a coupon to be enabled before payment.
Newegg adds a free 240mm liquid cooler
Newegg matches the $569 price after applying promotional code BTS21, which removes $130 from the listed $699 price. This offer also includes a Cooler Master Elite Liquid 240 CPU AIO cooler at no extra cost. The cooler normally carries a listed value of $79.99.
The Ryzen 9 9950X3D features 16 Zen 5 cores, 32 threads and a maximum boost clock of 5.7 GHz. It has 128MB of L3 cache and 16MB of L2 cache, providing 144MB of total cache. The AM5 processor has a 170W TDP and does not normally include a cooler.
Both stores now offer the processor at the same all-time-low price. The Amazon deal is for the CPU alone, while the Newegg bundle offers more hardware for the same amount, provided the BTS21 code remains active.
