The 9950X3D is a 16-core/32-thread Socket AM5 desktop processor based on the "Zen 5" microarchitecture, and powered by 3D V-Cache technology on one of its two 8-core chiplets.

The 9950X3D2 Dual Edition features 3D V-Cache on both its 8-core chiplets.
