Xbox digital purchases now include PC versions of 13 Ubisoft games
© Microsoft/Ubisoft Microsoft and Ubisoft are giving digital Xbox owners PC versions of selected Ubisoft games at no additional cost. The offer currently covers 13 titles across the Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, The Crew, Rainbow Six and Watch Dogs series.
The PC versions are linked to Ubisoft Connect. Players should update the launcher to its latest version before checking their library.
New purchases include Xbox and PC versions
Digital purchases made from July 21 include both the Xbox console and PC versions of supported games. Existing digital owners are receiving the PC licenses through a progressive rollout scheduled to end on August 4.
The offer currently includes:
- Assassin’s Creed Mirage
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
- Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
- Far Cry 6
- Immortals Fenyx Rising
- Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
- Riders Republic
- Skull and Bones
- The Crew 2
- The Crew Motorfest
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
- Watch Dogs Legion
The program only works from Xbox consoles to PC. Players who already own one of the PC versions will not receive the Xbox console release.

Microsoft says most editions, season passes and add-on content owned on Xbox will carry over to PC. Consumable items such as in-game currency and one-time-use content are excluded. Supported games with cross-progression may still provide access to content already linked to the player’s Ubisoft account.
The expansion arrives days after Microsoft launched Xbox backward compatibility on PC with four original Xbox games. Unlike those compatibility-based releases, the Ubisoft offer provides access to the existing PC versions through Ubisoft Connect.
