SAPPHIRE RX 9050 PULSE features 18 Gbps memory and 2760 MHz boost
© Sapphire SAPPHIRE has introduced its PULSE Radeon RX 9050, confirming another retail design for AMD’s entry-level RDNA 4 GPU. The graphics card has 8GB of GDDR6 memory and a 100W typical board power rating (board power was not confirmed by ASRock ).
RX 9050 specifications
The GPU features 16 Compute Units, 1024 stream processors, 16 ray accelerators and 32MB of Infinity Cache. SAPPHIRE lists a game clock of 2260 MHz and a boost clock of up to 2760 MHz. Its 8GB of GDDR6 memory runs at 18 Gbps across a 128-bit interface.
The PULSE model uses a dual-fan, two-slot cooler and measures 200 × 109.25 × 40.6 mm. The design includes Honeywell PTM7950 thermal interface material, composite heatpipes, a metal backplate and a six-layer high-TG copper PCB. Power delivery uses a seven-phase digital design.

The card uses one 8-pin power connector despite its 100W typical board power. SAPPHIRE recommends a 650W power supply. The GPU uses a PCIe 5.0 x16 interface and provides two HDMI 2.1b ports and one DisplayPort 2.1a output.
SAPPHIRE lists the RX 9050 for 1080p gaming at medium or high settings. The card supports FSR 4, AFMF 2, Anti-Lag 2 and FSR Redstone. It will be available soon through selected retailers, but pricing and regional availability have not been announced.
