Official Noctua colors for warmer PC components
© Noctua Noctua and Prusa Research have released Prusament PETG filament in Noctua Beige and Noctua Brown. The material is intended for custom PC cases, electronic enclosures and air ducts, including user-designed GPU fan shrouds and cooling brackets.
The new PETG variants follow the PLA filaments introduced in December 2025. Noctua says PETG provides greater toughness and temperature resistance while remaining relatively easy to print. The material is better suited to parts exposed to temperatures above 50°C, which can include components installed near graphics cards and other heat sources.
Noctua is not releasing a complete printable GPU cooler. However, the filament gives users an official color-matched material for custom fan mounts, shrouds and airflow ducts built around Noctua fans.
© Noctua The company already distributes 13 models through its official Printables account. These include a 120 mm fan grille, fan ducts, mounting adapters, inlet spacers, anti-vibration pads and the NV-AA1-12 airflow amplifier. Noctua also provides product CAD files for design work, but warns that these files should not be used to print replacement fans because some internal details and impeller geometries have been modified.
© Noctua Prusa manufactures both PETG filaments in Prague with a stated diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm. Prusament PETG Noctua Beige and Noctua Brown are available for $32.99 or €32.99 per spool through the Prusa online store.
