The Tribunal administratif de déontologie policière concluded that Sgt. Simon Deveault-Bonenfant and officer François Bleau-Goulet of the Sûreté du Québec engaged in discriminatory actions based on the colour of Leslie Blot's skin in a 2020 traffic stop.
