More evidence that almost every vendor is now increasing the GPU prices for both AMD and NVIDIA SKUs.

The latest generation of NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards is witnessing another significant price hike. There have been multiple reports of the same, and we have seen how some retailers have already started to increase GPU prices on their stores. Starting in August, some vendors have even begun cancelling GPU orders.

Recently, ASUS cancelled a user's RTX 5090 purchase in order to sell the GPU for $500 more. Another Japanese retailer informed its customers about the possibility of cancelling existing orders. It appears that multiple vendors have now started implementing the new price hike for the RTX 50 series and RX 9000 series GPUs.

Board Channels have reported the same and have informed that ASUS and GIGABYTE have implemented their new price adjustment policy. As per the source, one can expect a nearly 20% hike in prices compared to the July levels. This coincides with previous reports, but we have seen GPUs selling for even higher prices.

This particular report is about the Chinese market, where GPUs will see a price hike of as little as 300 Yuan (US$ 44) or as much as 4500 Yuan or US$666 for the flagship GPUs like RTX 5090 D V2. The price hike will affect even the RTX 30 series, including the RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 models. However, the RTX 50 series will witness the most significant hike, ranging from 600 Yuan or US$88 all the way to US$666.

Both ASUS and GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9000 series will be affected as well, with RX 9060 XT witnessing a surge of up to 650 Yuan or US$96, while the flagship RX 9070 XT GPU might see a price hike of up to 1150 Yuan or US$170 .
