Rockstar schedules another GTA VI showcase
Rockstar Games will share an extended look at Grand Theft Auto VI on August 27. The presentation will stream on YouTube at 9 PM ET, which is 3 AM CEST on August 28.
Netflix subscribers will get access six hours earlier. The preview will premiere on Netflix at 3 PM ET, or 9 PM CEST, on August 27.
Rockstar has not confirmed how long the presentation will be or what it will include. The company only described it as an extended look at the game, suggesting more footage or details will be shown.
Netflix previously worked with Rockstar to release Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy on Android and iOS. This new agreement gives Netflix members temporary early access to one of the most anticipated game presentations of the year.
Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will also launch on the official Rockstar Games YouTube channel and the Grand Theft Auto VI site at 9 p.m. ET on August 27.

A trailer announcing another trailer
The announcement does not include new gameplay, screenshots, or technical information. It is essentially a trailer for another trailer, with Rockstar asking players to return on August 27 for the actual GTA VI update.
GTA VI is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar has not announced a PC release date.
