NVIDIA has just outlined its packed August 2026 GeForce NOW lineup: 26 PC games are set to arrive on the cloud gaming service throughout the month, with eight titles joining this week alone. The latest GFN Thursday announcement also confirms that NVIDIA will be at QuakeCon in Grapevine, Texas , where attendees can test out GeForce RTX 5080-powered Ultimate cloud gaming running at up to 5K 120 FPS on an ultrawide display, alongside demos on the Lenovo Legion Go S handheld.
The centerpiece of this weekly update is World of Warships: Legends , now available on GeForce NOW, bringing its free-to-play naval combat to the service without requiring any local installs. NVIDIA says players can command destroyers, cruisers, and battleships across massive multiplayer battles while checking out the game's latest content update, including the Pacific Hammer Campaign and a new line of U.S. destroyers .
Alongside World of Warships: Legends, GeForce NOW is adding support for a handful of other titles this week, including Big Walk , Beacon Pines , Sovereign Tower , Expeditions: Samurai , The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales , The Incident at Galley House , and Machine Party . NVIDIA also outlined a much larger list of games expected to hit the service throughout August, including Pax Autocratica and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam , as well as The Sinking City 2 , Mortal Shell II , Gallipoli , Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 , Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy , and Breathedge 2 .
It's admittedly a solid list, although it lacks a few big games like Star Wars: Zero Company , Beast of Reincarnation , and MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls . By the way, the press release also highlights a large batch of games that joined GeForce NOW in July, including Breath of Fire IV , Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 , Dino Crisis , Dino Crisis 2 , Halo: Campaign Evolved , Onimusha: Way of the Sword DEMO , and several others.
Finally, NVIDIA noted that Mistfall Hunter did not make the cut this month, but says fans should keep an eye on future GFN Thursday updates for more news. The GeForce company will certainly try to add it soon, as the PvPvE extraction action RPG is experiencing early success, having already surpassed more than one million players.
