ASUS ROG NUC 16 RTX 5070 Ti lands between $2,499 RTX 5060 and $3,799 RTX 5080 models
ASUS has expanded the US ROG NUC 16 lineup with a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti configuration. The system is now available through Amazon for $3,116.60 with 32GB of memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
The new configuration uses the Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Laptop GPU with 12GB of GDDR7 memory. ASUS previously confirmed that the ROG NUC 16 platform supports up to the RTX 5080 Laptop GPU and up to 128GB of DDR5-6400 CSODIMM memory.
RTX 5070 Ti model sits between $2,499 and $3,799 configurations
The Amazon configuration fills the gap between the RTX 5060 model at $2,499 and the RTX 5080 version at $3,799. The RTX 5060 system uses a Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus, while both higher-end configurations use the Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus.

The RTX 5070 Ti model keeps the same compact ROG NUC 16 chassis. ASUS lists dimensions of 282.4 × 189.5 × 56.5 mm and a weight of around 3.2 kg. The system has one PCIe 5.0 and one PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot, 2.5Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 outputs.
We previously covered the ROG NUC 16 when ASUS launched the series in China in May. The RTX 5080 version started at 29,999 RMB, around $4,420 at the time. ASUS later confirmed a much lower $3,799 US price for that configuration. The RTX 5070 Ti model now lowers the entry point for the Core Ultra 9 version to just over $3,100. However, it is still extremely expensive.
