The glass version of Thermal Grizzly’s premium RTX 5090 water block is now available
Thermal Grizzly has released the Glass Edition of its DeltaMate GPU Block for the ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090. The new version replaces the acrylic viewing window with Schott BOROFLOAT glass and is priced at $643.38 .
We previously covered this version in February, when Thermal Grizzly explained that development of the glass window had caused problems with cracking and required changes to the block. At the time, the retail DeltaMate used a PMMA window while the glass model was still being developed.
The finished model uses a full-metal construction with a black anodized aluminum housing and RGB lighting behind the glass. The GPU coldplate uses 0.2 mm slots and 0.2 mm fins, while a separate copper section cools the VRAM and VRM components.
The block ships with a brass two-port Direct Terminal. Thermal Grizzly also offers an optional four-port Through Terminal. Thermal paste, thermal pads and putty are included.
At $643.38 for the water block alone , this remains a product aimed at expensive custom-loop systems. It supports the standard, OC, White and liquid-cooled versions of the ROG Astral RTX 5090.
The block supports six ROG Astral RTX 5090 variants, including the standard, OC, White and LC cards.
