Waterloo regional police say they are investigating reports of a man being sprayed with a noxious substance by an unknown woman in Cambridge late Sunday.
Around 9:15 p.m., officers responded to reports that a man had been sprayed by a woman with an unidentified harmful substance. The encounter took place near Glebe and St Andrews streets, just west of the Grand River.
The man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and the woman who had sprayed the substance left the area before officers could arrive.
WRPS have requested the help of the public to identify the woman pictured below, who is believed to be connected to the incident.
