Phantom Blade Zero PC Specs Stay Modest, yet an RTX 5080 is the Price of Full Path Tracing at 4K@60FPS

Following the opening of pre-orders , Chinese developer S-GAME has now released the official PC system requirements for Phantom Blade Zero , their much-anticipated action RPG due on October 29. The minimum and recommended requirements aren't too demanding at all , and even the ray tracing and path tracing GPU requirements seem fair, as you can read in the tables below.

S-GAME had promised as much , after all, vowing that players wouldn't be forced to upgrade their hardware in the extremely expensive environment caused by the infamous component crisis.

When it comes to the upscalers supported, we already know Phantom Blade Zero will feature NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Multi Frame Generation. S-GAME hasn't said anything about AMD's FSR and Intel's XeSS, though.

Hardware ray tracing was confirmed years ago, all the way back in our exclusive interview with game director Soulframe Liang , but the requirements reveal that Phantom Blade Zero will also support full-fledged path tracing on PC. This will doubtless be the best way to experience the game, while PS5 users will have to compromise. The developer also confirmed that there will be PS5 Pro enhancements , though they haven't clarified what they are yet.
