Back in 2022 they originally debuted Dasharo for the MSI PRO Z690-A WiFI motherboard and eventually the Z790-P motherboard too. They have continued maintaining those ports with new updates from time to time.
Today's release of Dasharo firmware v1.17 for the MSI PRO Z690-A and Dasharo firmware v0.9.5 for the MSI PRO Z790-P now provide initial SMI Transfer Mode (STM) support. There is also a new platform setup menu and even experimental CPU/overclocking options. The overclocking support is very experimental and may damage your hardware as a warning. There is also experimental RAM voltage configuration support for the DDR4 motherboards.
The updated open-source firmware also adds EZ Debug LED support, restoring defaults via CMOS battery reset, XMP profile and voltage verification/ramping, and other improvements and fixes.
