KTC tells customers current monitor pricing may not last

KTC has warned customers that prices across its monitor lineup may increase. The company says rising prices for core components have pushed monitor production costs higher, reaching a point where KTC can no longer absorb the increases internally.
The announcement does not specify which models will become more expensive or when the adjustments will take effect. KTC says it is still negotiating with suppliers to delay the increases for as long as possible. The company also advises customers already planning to buy a monitor that current pricing may represent a better purchase window.

This is another monitor manufacturer warning about higher production costs. AOC recently informed distributors about monitor price adjustments starting in August, citing higher costs for components, panels, power-related hardware and manufacturing.
KTC has not announced revised prices yet, so existing products remain at their current listed prices for now.
