PC Partner calls PC market “highly challenging” as GPU shortages worsen

PC Partner Group, the company behind ZOTAC, Inno3D and Manli, has issued a warning about worsening graphics card supply in the second half of 2026. The manufacturer says GPU and graphics memory constraints are already limiting shipments, with entry-level graphics cards expected to become harder to obtain.
The warning comes directly from PC Partner’s financial results published on August 14. The company says, “The PC market remains highly challenging,” as limited component supply raises costs and slows consumer demand. PC Partner also expects graphics memory prices to rise further, resulting in a “substantial increase in VGA Card costs” during the second half of the year.
Entry-level GPUs expected to face worse shortages
GPU availability itself is also expected to deteriorate. PC Partner says graphics card shipments already declined substantially during the first half compared with H2 2025, while supply is expected to fall further during H2 2026. The company specifically warns that “entry-level VGA Cards are expected to face even more severe shortages,” which may push average selling prices higher.
© PC Partner The shortage has already affected PC Partner’s ZOTAC, Inno3D and Manli graphics card business. Revenue from its own-brand graphics cards fell 9.2% year over year to HK$4.46 billion during H1 2026. Unit sales dropped 18.4%, although the average selling price increased by 10.7%. PC Partner attributes the lower sales volume primarily to constrained supplies of GPUs, graphics memory and other components.
CPUs and memory are also affected
The problem extends beyond graphics cards. PC Partner reports longer lead times for CPUs, system memory and other components, which have also affected its mini-PC business . The company says GPU and graphics memory shortages reduced its production output during the second quarter.
ZOTAC is not without blame in this case. The company even manufactures server racks for GPUs under the ZOTAC brand.
